DocumentDHS letter of appreciation – Middle East Briefings

Counter-terrorism and security training in the transportation and law enforcement sectors is among our strengths. In the first 100 days after September 11, 2001, TSSI-INC associates trained over 10,000 people in 'win-against- terrorism' procedures in the transportation realm alone. And, the International Association of Chiefs of Police adopted our 'win-against-terrorism' program for first responders and community leaders nationwide.

After 9/11, TSSI-INC developed the standards, wrote the manuals and led the training of America's truckers-3 million members of the trucking industry-to be the eyes and ears of America's highways in the fight against terrorism. And we're still training the trucking community today. We're working as partners with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to train America's transportation professionals to observe, assess and report risks and potential security breaches to protect the nation's critical infrastructure, including our highways, bridges, and tunnels.
