Edward W. Cars , Subject Matter Expert and Master Trainer

TSSI, Inc. Subject Matter Expert/ Master Trainer, Edward W. Cars spent 23 years in the British Army from 1971 to 1994 and reached the rank of Warrant Officer. He served throughout this time in most of the operational theaters that the British Military had a presence. Since then, Mr. Cars has continued his career in Anti Terrorism in a number of ways.
Mr. Cars was responsible for introducing Explosive Trace Detection operational procedures to various Government Agencies throughout Europe and the United States including, but not limited to the UK Police Services UK Prison Services, the FAA, FBI and the ATF. He designed and implemented a program using the concept of Man, Machines and Canines in the use of search for Explosives which received wide acclaim and is still in use today by a number of agencies worldwide.

In 2001, Mr. Cars became involved in the Program of Homeland Security Training here in the United States and after assisting with the design of suitable Training Programs for the Transportation industry began the work with TSSI, Inc. to implement these varied programs to a wide and varied audience grouping.
In January 2003, Mr. Cars was given an opportunity to move to Kuwait to set up a Company to supply US and European products and services to the many government and private organizations working within the Middle East and Gulf Countries. This project involved not only the supply but the Training and operational procedures for use. Having set up this company to a successful group, in 2007 he then moved into Iraq to expand and continue this work.
Mr. Cars spent the next two years replicating, but closer to the required theatre of operations what he had achieved in Kuwait. This expanded role also included many varied training operations for the Iraqi Military and Police Forces as they began to take over certain operations from the Collation Forces throughout Iraq. This training also included both operational and concept programs. In February 2010 Mr. Cars moved back to the USA to continue his work in the world of Anti Terrorism, although still continues globally to support programs he set up.
