Jim Sutton, Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Information Sharing Advisor

Mr. Jim Sutton comes to TSSI, Inc. with an extensive background. He is a former FBI Special Agent and GS-14 Intelligence Analyst for U.S. DOJ/INS, with extensive experience in developing collaborative relations with military, national security and law enforcement officials in the U.S., Europe, Latin American, and Middle East. Jim has advanced intelligence analysis and communication skills, has demonstrated ability to consistently exercise good judgment and maintain clarity and objectivity in stressful, ambiguous, and dangerous environments, including operational assignments in regions experiencing sub-national conflicts or high levels of civil violence; and has successfully completed assignments in Colombia, El Salvador, Peru, Mexico, the Middle East (Iraq) and Eastern Europe. As an author of a number of publications, a speaker in professional forums, and serviced as research specialist, and instructor in academic institutions, Jim has have achieved a level of publicly acknowledged expertise on national intelligence, trans-national crime, law enforcement and public policy issues. Jim holds a M.A. in Public Policy Analysis.
