TSSI's Subject Matter Expert and Master Trainer, Ms. Larisa Breton is a Strategic Communications practitioner and theoretician with COCOM, NATO, and other program experience. Ms. Breton’s expertise-areas encompass: Asymmetric Warfare (encompassing Cyber-tactics and online media usage by radicalized actors); religious and cultural aspects of terrorism; strategic communication program design, target audience definition and acquisition; and digital, print and television media production. Ms. Breton’s work has been published in The Small Wars Journal and other national publications.
