Major General (Ret) Wallace Arnold

Major General (Ret) Arnold currently serves on TSSI’s CIPSAG. He possesses a wealth of leadership, command and operational experience. Major General Wallace C. Arnold has been successful in numerous roles. He has gained years of professional experience, earned numerous awards and affiliations through service in the United States Army, the private sector and higher education. Major General Arnold’s qualifications will bring significant oversight on logistical administration and control and technological development.
Major General Arnold is a retired Major General in the United States Army and former commander of the national Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). He retired from the Army in 1995 as assistant director of personnel at Department of Army the headquarters in Washington, D.C. He served our country for more than 30 years.
As the Commander of ROTC, Major General Arnold served as the chief executive officer of the national organization, which included 6,400 staff and 45,000 college and 125,000 high school cadets, with an annual budget of $200 million. Immediately upon his exit from the military he was hired by Information Technology Solutions, Inc. as Executive vice president and chief administrative officer. Additionally, he was the Regional Director of Business Development for Computer Sciences Corporation.
